I think that is a problem people run into in general.. and one reason a lot of couples can't handle the concept of swinging. It's hard for them to seperate LOVE from SEX. You can have one without the other, and they are two very different things. You can have sex without an emotional attachment.
But then others (as I think the case was here) just use the term "making love" interchangably with "sex" and don't really attach that emotional connection with the term. I think it's a term we hear so often anymore in the media (tv) that it's really lost it's real meaning.
