Me and my girlfriend really like to use a cockring...
The one we use is:

It also goes around your balls, which I think helps in them not swinging around and also it keeps it in place, doesn't turn or slide up. She gets off SOO fast when we use this... it doesn't feel tight at all, unless you continue to use it for more than 20-30 minutes I'd guess. We normally start without it and then add it later in the game.
