I think the biggest problem is that they take too long. But then, I think people often use games to get the ball rolling when they are otherwise too nervous, shy, inhibited (,whatever) to get the ball rolling themselves. So, with that in mind I guess it's necessary for the games to work somewhat slowly. If you all ended up naked and having sex right away then there wouldn't be a lot of point in playing the game in the first place.
