I have had similar difficulties as stated above. I found someone who does laser hair removal for a very affordable price. After the first session, I have not had any regrowth.....(this tends to be an unlikely result, most people have to have at least 3 sessions).
This could be another alternative for you. There are laser for all skin types now, and most offices providing this service will also offer free consultations.
