I say ditto to all of these posts. I agree with spoo, that it is a motivator also, that swinging is motivator to take a closer look at yourself, and to work on keeping in shape. I have found that I am slow at loosing, but I do feel better that I am taking the time to spend on myself. I can remember a time when I was 35, and I could loose 10 lbs quickly. Now that I am approching 40, The ten pounds are lingering more in the middle, and not on the ass.
