I agree... a very thought-provoking question...

For myself, I don't really think I've felt any jealousy or possessiveness in regards to my playmates playing with others, but I've felt it in reverse. A couple of single males I have met and played with seem jealous if they ask me to make plans with them and I already have other plans. I'm sure it's not necessarily "me" that their possessive about however, but rather the fact that being male they may get fewer opportunities to play.
