I also think my labia are way too big. My husband says " Unless you are tripping over them, there is no need to change them. Wear them proudly like sexual wings of freedom" Yes, he thinks he is funny. I still think they don't look right. Way too prominent, for myself anyway. Yet if I see another woman with large labia I don't think they look bad. Critical of myself I guess.

Hubby says no, he wouldn't change anything on himself. Too much risk, no need.
