I have to go against the flow a little here, because I could not swing with a woman that was overweight enough to need Gastric bypass surgery. I just don't find women that are excessively overweight sexually attractive. I have had several partners that lost significant amounts of weight, and have had very few partners that didn't have a few scars and a couple that had quit a few, I rarely even noticed these things. I don't want to imply that a women has to be perfect in order for her to excite me, a few extra pounds here and there isn't a problem, in fact, real skinny girls don't do much for me either.

That being said, the most important thing is that the woman is comfortable with herself. People have all kinds of different tastes in body types that they find attractive, so if a woman thinks she is sexy and projects that self confidence in the way she presents herself their will be men that will be sexually attracted to her.
