Don't shave your butt!
My husband is always clean shaven- though he leaves a patch of trimmed pubes above his penis (which I prefer). He does it every other day in the shower.
He has tried shaving his butt several times and it has irritated him so much he couldn't stand walking or sitting. His regrowth would show up the next day (or later that night) and make him an itchy rashy mess.
A few hours of clean shaven play isn't worth the days of discomfort you'll go through.
