I've been in quite a few MFM's with 2 different couples, and the ladies, one in particular, loved getting DP'ed. With that couple, we did it on the first get-together, multiple times every session.
The wife of the other couple had to warm up to the idea, but she eventually did and liked it. Of note, she hadn't had much anal experience prior to our relationship.
