Just to correct my peppermint post -- I checked my bottle and it is called peppermint extract, not peppermint flavoring.

Do take my warning about too much seriously! It really can be ... NOT FUN! I would suggest having a wet wash cloth near by just in case ya get it wrong. However -- Experimentation can be very fun when you get it right!
