Just as an update...the other couple has suggested that all four of us go on "double dates" (Movies, dancing, dinner etc...) for the next couple of months. During these times we are free to tease and be suggestive and speak freely. Later, we agreed that if we all felt good about it, we would take it to the next level.
I think it's a good plan.
