well it's not any type of std {no unprotected sex with anyone but my wife and she is the same plus she just had a baby a few months ago and tests showed clear} it was just over work and got too much blood to it and it swelled up.. it's all better and i'v used the cock ring 2 times since and didn't leave it on as long and no problems at all
