My advice, don't "spring it on her".

The MFM is probably the most common fantasy among women with most only not doing it because they would "feel slutty". She needs to know that you would not have any negative feelings about it. It is absolutly imperative that she is sure of your backing/support in this and you will never throw it back up to her in an argument or get jealous about it.

You need to make sure it is somebody experienced in the lifestyle and patient about moving at her pace and is respectful of both of you and your relationship and is willing to call the whole thing off at the last minute as that may very well be what happens.
