If I could jump in here as a single guy....

Mine are:

1.) EVERYbody is comfortable(sexual and otherwise)
2.) Condoms
3.) No pain or anything close to it
4.) Everyone's on the same page as to what each one likes
5.) Everyone's free and relaxed
