Rules and communication are wonderful for sure!! But I personally would find your rules way too restrictive. I love giving and recieving oral and find it to be a big part of playing with another couple.
For me I would be quickly bored if I was bound by the rules you have set out
HOwever, since you are just starting out this may work for you. Over time I found that our rules became less restricitve.
Just remember its all about having a good time!
