I guess everyone has reasons for wanting to keep their secrecy. I live in a city, and while it is no where near the size of New York or other large American cities, you would be surprise how many people you run into on a daily basis. My husand grew up here and I think he knows everyone ( I tease him that he is like the mayor waving to his people

). I have a child that I want to protect, and my employers are very religious people and have no doubt they would not approve or understand of this lifestyle. THey may not fire me from my job, but it would probably influence how they treated me. In my mind there are just too many chances for disaster for me to give out too much personal information. To each his own I guess.
