I don't think it can be emphasized enough, it's not the ladies. It is a guy problem, and it doesn't matter if the woman is straight out of the pages of Penthouse magazine, it just happens. I had never thought about it before but it could very well be the excitment of the moment and all the things going on in the guys head. Stoutgatte also made a very good point, sometimes the right buttons aren't being pushed and if the guy takes control and tries something that normally works for him, up it comes. One of the couples we play with the female gives the most gentle oral I've ever had, unfortanately, that doesn't work for me. So I generally start a bit of heavy petting (serious groping and kissing) and away we go, works every time.
