That is a big fantasy of ours. I would love to see her just take charge of the situation. As far as it being a friend or not, for some reason a friend just seems more comfortable.
I would love to go make some drinks, or go to the restroom, and come back to see her giving the guy a handjob or head.
The element of surprise is a big turn on as well, but I think that in reality it would probably be a mistake to try anything without talking about it with the other person(s) first.
