There are two ways to quote another message.
1. Above the message you wish to quote from there are a series of icons. The last one looks like little quote marks. Click that icon and it will bring up the reply box with the message you are replying to/quoting from in the box already.
You will see that there is a little bit of code in/around that message that looks like this
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">code:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:x-small; font-family: monospace;">
Quote:

Original post by[QB]original message here[/QB]
|
</pre><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">You can edit the original message down as much as you like, just be sure to leave the info that is in brackets intact.
2. The second way (and probably the easier to way to quote only small amounts of a previous post. Is to use the QUOTE button. In this case just copy the section of text you wish to quote. Click the Quote button and it will insert the following code:
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">code:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:x-small; font-family: monospace;"> </pre><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">then just insert the text you wish to quote like this:
</font><blockquote><font size="1" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">code:</font><hr /><pre style="font-size:x-small; font-family: monospace;">
</pre><hr /></blockquote><font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Hope that helps. If you are still having trouble let me know.
