I did see a programme about circumsized guys "rebuilding" foreskins by hanging weights from the relevant bits. It did appear to work for that purpose (after a fashion) but I don't recall any suggestion that the process increased the overall size of the appendage. It didn't look at all comfortable though and made me glad nobody mutilated me at birth! (Note: that isn't meant to be a cue for a argument on the pros and cons).

But as Miss Piggy said, 7" is well above average. The medical research on the subject (as opposed to what one reads in Penthouse) suggests an erect average of 5.5" - 6", no more. Of course, these things do need measuring properly and I suspect that many who claim huge endowments are not doing so! There have been other threads on this on the board. Might be worth seeking them out.
