Actually, there are marks along side each side of the scrotum (albeit they don't stick out like some Frankenstein nutsack) which you can tell that someone has had it done. There's also just a slight feel along where the vas deferens is tied that is a small "bubble" that you can tell as well. I realize that some people are deceptive in this lifestyle, but I would think there's a one in a thousand that would actually say this and not be legit--why would you even consider putting yourself through that should the woman get pregnant?
