This afternoon, while looking at my cookbook collection (I try to stay busy.), I saw Capitol Cookies which is the freebie that came with our Swingers Board cookbook. On p. 18 was the recipe fo Chewy Chocolate Cookies & it sounded great. I made them with walnuts (getting a nut always makes things better) & they were great! Both of these cookbooks have some really good recipes.

Then I decided to check out something else tasty & delicious to eat: I went over to the beach to do some "hottie" watching.

Somedays, I almost overexert.
