We have made some changes here in regards to how the Events Calendar is set up. Previously, all events had to be sent to me and I would post them as soon as I was able to.
This is no longer the case.
As a club owner/ host you may now post your events directly to our new calendar
here
However, to keep from having events posted by just anyone we do need to verify your status as a club owner/host. To do this..... If you have not already done so, first
register on the message board. Once your registration is complete, please access your
User CP and scroll down on the left to "User Groups". Opt to join the "Club Hosts" user group, and be sure to list what club it is that you are the owner/host of. Once you have been approved for the Club Hosts group (by Julie) you will be able to add your events directly to the calendar as far in advance as you choose to do so.
Approval for the Club Hosts group (once you join) may take up to 24 hours.
