I did a little browsing, and If I found the right resources, PHP is a scripting language for web servers, which this site uses. When you hover over it, do you get
"http://www.swingersboard.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=313"
in the status bar?

I'd go with Julie's recommendation first. Browsers save pages that they have recently visited, so that when you click the "Back" button, you go to the last copy you saw, instead of having to wait while the page reloads. It is not uncommon for IE to have a 'memory leak' and get confused about what it has seen and doesn't need to reload from the server. It could also be that the PHP engine on this server was having problems and tried to render instead of pass the .zip file.

You could also try right clicking the link and picking "Save As..."

If all else fails, send me an e-mail and I'll send the game in my reply.
