Do thumb rings signal she is bi or lesbian?

Recommended Posts

Oh, well, since we had never heard that one before, I guess it wouldn't work for us. I had heard that was what toe ring were originally for, but then they got so popular as a fashion accessory that they don't mean anything any more.

We live smack dab in the middle of this nation's sex playground and yet I've never heard of this connotation. Ya learn something everyday.

There are many people that I know that wear thumb rings. They go back a long way and I have never heard of it meaning they are bi or lesbian. I remember back in high school (and that is a LONG time ago) a friend that wore a thumb ring.

I have two vanilla friends that wear thumb rings - one might be bi or lesbian - the other is not (that I know of - of course they don't know that we participate in the lifestyle so...).

I've always liked thumb rings but I've never worn one. I don't think my thumbs are shapely enough (shapely thumbs??) to wear one and make it look right (or maybe I should say 'long' enough??)

Only thumb ring I know of is used in archery.

It is normally safe to approach someone wearing one, but only if their bow isn't drawn.

well they said that if you wear a thumb ring you are a bi or lesbian.....

I wear a thumb ring and though I joke about being a lesbian trapped in the body of a man (who hasn't used that joke???) I am neither bi nor a lesbian.

I do munch rug though... Maybe it means that (?)

 Who said?

I have worn a thumb ring for years...even before meeting Spoo and definitely before I ever thought about the lifestyle or being bi (which came after meeting Spoo :D ). I wear one because I like it. That's about it.

Many years ago, I had an appointment with a husband/wife client in my office... The wife came in first as the husband was in the restroom. She said to me that her husband would be all turned on because I was wearing a thumb ring, and he loved women who wore thumb rings... Not giving it a second thought at the time, but now that this little bit of information surfaced, I wonder if that was what she meant... And no, she wasn't wearing a thumb ring... hmmm...

 I couldn't say why this made me laugh so much. Probably because I watch her too (haven't noticed the thumb ring though) and now I'll think of this when I see the show.

I had a Dr's appt today and noticed the nurse who took my blood pressure had on a thumb ring on EACH thumb! Does that make her bi-deuce? I just sat there with a stupid grin on my face, thinking about this thread and trying not to laugh. She prolly thought I had gas or something.

So, was your blood pressure high? I would think that thinking of this board would make my blood pressure shoot up! And I think that a thumb ring on each thumb would mean she's not bi - one would cancel the other out, wouldn't it???
